Job Description
The Branch Manager will direct daily sales operations, lead a team of advisors, and ensure achievement of revenue targets while maintaining high customer service standards. Responsibilities include staff coaching, inventory control, and local market development.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a retail environment
- • Strong leadership and people‑development skills
- • Ability to analyze sales data and drive performance improvements
- • Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- tertiary qualification is an advantage
