Job Description
The Business Development Officer drives revenue growth for Optimum Hospital by identifying and securing partnerships with corporate clients, insurers, NGOs and community groups. They develop proposals, negotiate contracts and support the onboarding of new partners. The role focuses on expanding the hospital’s service footprint in the Nakuru region.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Management or a related discipline.
- • Experience in business development or sales within the healthcare sector.
- • Proven ability to build relationships with corporate and institutional clients.
- • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
