Job Description
The Direct Sales Agent promotes and sells telecommunications products and services to customers in Naivasha, achieving sales targets and maintaining inventory accuracy. Handles cash transactions, provides technical support for devices, and contributes to improving the customer experience. Works under the supervision of the shop team leader and reports sales performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- • Minimum 1–3 years experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications
- • Strong marketing and product knowledge skills
- • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- • Good numerical and cash handling abilities
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Generate sales of airtime, device acquisitions and accessories to meet assigned targets
- • Monitor inventory and consignment stock, ensuring accurate daily balances
- • Manage daily cash float and reconcile cash at the end of each day
- • Support customer experience initiatives to increase sales and satisfaction
- • Provide technical assistance to customers, especially for data device configuration
- • Maintain records of sales transactions and inventory movements
- • Follow company finance controls, processes and policies in retail operations
