The Head Gardener will oversee all aspects of grounds maintenance for a private school, ensuring that lawns, flower beds, and trees are kept in pristine condition. Responsibilities include planning landscaping projects, supervising junior staff, and maintaining equipment. The role requires a qualified professional with strong horticultural knowledge and at least four years of experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or Certificate in Gardening and Landscaping
- • Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in professional gardening or landscaping
- • Strong knowledge of plant identification, care and maintenance
- • Experience in landscape design and implementation
- • Good communication and interpersonal skills
