Job Description
The Horticulture Specialist leads agronomic initiatives for high‑value fruit, vegetable and horticultural value chains. They provide technical guidance to farmers and partners, ensuring best‑practice crop management and quality standards. The role also involves monitoring field performance and supporting capacity‑building activities to enhance productivity.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture, Agronomy, Agriculture or related field
- • Minimum 3 years experience in horticultural crop management
- • Strong knowledge of high‑value fruit and vegetable production systems
- • Excellent communication and training skills
- • Ability to analyse agronomic data and recommend solutions
