Job Description
The ICT Officer II provides technical support and maintenance for the organization’s hardware, software and network infrastructure. Responsibilities include troubleshooting user issues, ensuring system security and assisting with the implementation of new technologies. Strong problem‑solving skills and a solid ICT foundation are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma in ICT, Computer Science or a related discipline
- • At least 2 years of experience in IT support or help‑desk roles
- • Familiarity with Windows, Linux and networking protocols
- • Strong analytical and customer‑service orientation
- • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
