Job Description
The ICT Officer III provides technical support and manages ICT infrastructure for the county government. Responsibilities include network administration, hardware maintenance and ensuring system security across multiple departments.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma in Computer Science, ICT, Information Technology or related discipline
- • Minimum three years experience in ICT support or system administration
- • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking protocols
- • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively
- • Good communication and customer‑service orientation
