Job Description
The Junior School Music Teacher will deliver engaging music lessons to Grades 1‑6, teach a core instrument, and lead the school choir and ensembles. The teacher will prepare students for concerts and festivals, assess progress, and foster a love of music and creativity among young learners.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or Degree in Music Education
- • Valid Teacher Service Commission registration number
- • Experience teaching music to Grades 1‑6
- • Proficiency in piano, keyboard or guitar
- • Working knowledge of the Competency‑Based Curriculum
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills
