Job Description
The Maintenance Manager leads the plant’s maintenance strategy, ensuring reliable operation of all equipment and minimizing downtime. He/she plans and executes preventive maintenance programs, manages the maintenance team, and oversees budgeting for repairs and upgrades. The role also ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards within the manufacturing environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- • At least 5 years experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing setting
- • Strong knowledge of CMMS and reliability engineering principles
- • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage projects
- • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities
- • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all plant equipment
- • Lead a team of technicians, providing training, scheduling, and performance feedback
- • Manage maintenance budgets, track expenditures, and negotiate with vendors
- • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- • Oversee spare‑parts inventory and procurement processes
- • Analyze equipment performance data to drive reliability improvements
- • Coordinate shutdowns and major repairs to minimize production impact
