Job Description
The Project Manager for RefuSHE provides overall programmatic leadership, coordinating implementation, monitoring progress, and ensuring operational efficiency across projects supporting refugee women and girls. They manage budgets, supervise staff, and liaise with partners and donors to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, International Development, or a related discipline
- • Minimum 5 years experience managing development projects, preferably in humanitarian settings
- • Strong leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement skills
- • Excellent written and oral communication abilities

- • Coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure timely delivery of deliverables
- • Manage project budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation

- • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor regulations
- • Support capacity building of project staff and facilitate knowledge sharing
