Job Description
The School Bus Driver is responsible for safely transporting learners on assigned routes, conducting vehicle checks, and ensuring adherence to traffic and school safety procedures. They maintain vehicle cleanliness, communicate professionally with students, parents, and staff, and uphold a clean driving record.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • KCSE / Form Four certificate or above.
- • Minimum 4 years' relevant driving experience.
- • Valid PSV driving licence of the appropriate class.
- • Clean, responsible driving record.
- • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- • Drive assigned school bus routes safely and on schedule.
- • Carry out daily vehicle checks and report faults promptly.
- • Follow all traffic laws and school safety and safeguarding procedures.
- • Ensure learners board, travel and alight safely.
- • Keep the vehicle clean and roadworthy.
- • Communicate professionally with learners, parents and staff.
