Job Description
The Trade Development Representative will drive retailer engagement, recruit agents, and ensure product visibility for a leading telecommunications provider.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field
- • 1–3 years of sales or distribution experience in FMCG or telecommunications
- • Strong networking and partnership‑building abilities
- • Analytical thinking skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Visit retail channels to increase awareness and sales of SIMs and Float products
- • Recruit and map mobile‑money agents and high‑traffic retail outlets
- • Conduct regular beat‑plan visits to agents and SSOs
- • Provide business tools and train agents on transaction processes, AML and KYC requirements
- • Monitor stock levels and enforce the 1.5× stock rule for agents
- • Ensure merchandising standards by supplying and maintaining promotional materials at outlets
