Job Description
The Direct Sales Representative will promote consumer banking products, acquire new retail customers and build lasting relationships across multiple locations. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, delivering excellent customer service and contributing to the bank’s growth objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Minimum Certificate with at least 3 years of banking sales experience, or Diploma/Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of banking sales experience
- • Strong understanding of bank products, regulations and industry trends
- • Excellent relationship‑management and interpersonal skills
- • Entrepreneurial mindset with solid business acumen
- • Ability to meet sales targets and work independently
