Job Description
The Driver will transport personnel, guests, goods and equipment safely and efficiently within and beyond Ol Pejeta Conservancy, while performing routine vehicle inspections and maintenance. The role supports logistical operations and ensures compliance with traffic regulations. Reliability, strong driving skills and a professional attitude are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • KCSE (High School) qualification
- • Minimum 5 years experience as a professional driver
- • Strong driving skills and thorough knowledge of vehicle maintenance
- • Excellent communication, integrity and ability to work independently
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Operate Conservancy vehicles safely to transport staff, guests, goods and equipment
- • Conduct daily pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report any defects
- • Perform routine vehicle maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed
- • Complete journey logs, mileage records and other required documentation accurately
- • Adhere to traffic laws and Conservancy safety protocols at all times
- • Assist with logistical tasks such as loading, unloading and route planning
