Job Description
The Lubricants Merchandiser will ensure optimal visibility and availability of Caltex lubricant products across retail garages in the Narok region. Responsibilities include visiting assigned outlets, promoting product offers, supporting distributors with order collection and delivering strong relationship management. The role requires a diploma and at least one year of sales or merchandising experience in the automotive sector.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma in a relevant field such as sales, marketing or business administration.
- • Minimum 1 year experience in sales, merchandising or distribution, preferably in lubricants or the automotive sector.
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Support distributors in achieving volume and revenue targets by collecting orders and following up on deliveries.
- • Visit assigned garages and retail outlets according to the route plan, promoting lubricant products.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with mechanics, sales representatives, and shop owners.
- • Communicate ongoing promotions and unique selling points of lubricants to retailers and trade stakeholders.
- • Ensure product visibility and proper merchandising at retail locations.
