Job Description
The Chief Finance Officer will shape the company’s financial strategy, direct budgeting and forecasting, and ensure accurate financial reporting. This executive will safeguard regulatory compliance and manage treasury and risk functions while leading the finance team toward operational excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles, preferably as CFO or Finance Director
- • Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting standards, and regulatory compliance
- • Demonstrated ability to develop financial strategies that support business growth
- • Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
- • Relevant professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred
