Job Description
The general accountant will manage day‑to‑day financial transactions, prepare accurate financial statements, and support budgeting and tax compliance for Hyatt Regency. The role requires strong analytical skills and familiarity with accounting software.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- • Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent preferred
- • Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, typically 2–4 years
- • Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills

Responsibilities
- • Record and reconcile daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable standards
- • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and corporate accounting policies
- • Support internal audits and provide necessary documentation
