Job Description
The Management Accountant will be responsible for preparing accurate financial statements, managing budgets, and providing insightful analysis to support strategic decisions at Carry1st. This role ensures compliance with accounting standards and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to optimize financial performance. The accountant will also monitor cash flow and support month‑end closing activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in management accounting or financial analysis
- • Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- • Strong analytical, organizational and communication abilities

- • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- • Manage budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- • Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for efficiency improvements
- • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- • Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes
- • Liaise with auditors and provide required documentation
