Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- • Minimum 3–5 years of banking experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- • Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
- • Proven ability to meet sales and service targets.
- • Knowledge of banking products and regulatory requirements.
