Job Description
The IT Techno‑Functional Manager will lead SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, bridging business requirements with technical solutions. Responsibilities include system configuration, custom development, integration, and ongoing support while managing a team of functional and technical experts.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP functional and technical roles
- • Proven experience delivering at least one full‑cycle SAP implementation
- • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, ABAP, Fiori, and integration technologies
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Lead end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA implementation and configuration
- • Design, develop and maintain custom ABAP enhancements and Fiori applications
- • Integrate SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, FI, QM) and SuccessFactors with external systems
- • Ensure system stability, scalability and compliance with SAP standards
- • Conduct requirements gathering, solution design, testing and post‑go‑live support
- • Troubleshoot performance issues and resolve complex technical problems
- • Provide governance, documentation and training for SAP users
- • Coordinate with business stakeholders to align SAP solutions with corporate objectives
