Job Description
The Welder will perform welding tasks on construction projects in Dubai, interpreting drawings and specifications to produce high‑quality welds using various techniques. The role requires physical fitness, adherence to safety standards and the ability to work independently.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Certificate in Welding/Building Technology or equivalent training
- • Minimum 2 years welding experience
- • Valid passport and relevant welding certificates/documentation
- • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and meet medical fitness requirements
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Interpret drawings and specifications to perform arc, MIG or TIG welding as required
- • Produce welds that meet quality and dimensional standards
- • Demonstrate competence and practical knowledge of welding techniques on site
- • Maintain personal health and fitness to meet the physical demands of construction work
- • Comply with site rules, health, safety and HSE requirements at all times
- • Work 8 hours per day and be willing to relocate to Dubai for the assignment
- • Ensure proper documentation of work performed and maintain welding records
