Job Description
The HR Assistant provides administrative support for HR activities, maintains employee records, assists with recruitment and onboarding, and serves as a first point of contact for routine employee queries. The role also helps improve HR processes through digital tools and supports performance management and training coordination.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an HR‑related role
- • Experience in BPO environment (preferred)
- • Strong working knowledge of HR systems, CRM platforms and digital workplace tools
- • Good understanding of general HR administration and employee management processes
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant digital productivity tools

Responsibilities
- • Support day‑to‑day administration of HR activities and employee requests
- • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- • Prepare HR letters, reports, documentation and correspondence
- • Ensure proper organization, secure storage and accessibility of HR documents
- • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
- • Assist recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interview scheduling and communication
- • Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure new hires complete required documentation
- • Keep accurate recruitment and onboarding records
- • Serve as first point of contact for routine employee HR queries and respond professionally
- • Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives
- • Assist in resolving routine HR and employee administration matters
- • Use HR information systems and digital tools to support operations and maintain digital records
- • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through technology and automation
- • Assist with monitoring employee leave and attendance, update HR systems and prepare related reports
- • Support performance management and appraisal processes and coordinate training and development records
- • Provide general HR support to the HR Manager, prepare routine reports and assist with policy implementation
