Job Description

The HR Assistant provides administrative support for HR activities, maintains employee records, assists with recruitment and onboarding, and serves as a first point of contact for routine employee queries. The role also helps improve HR processes through digital tools and supports performance management and training coordination.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • • Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an HR‑related role
  • • Experience in BPO environment (preferred)
  • • Strong working knowledge of HR systems, CRM platforms and digital workplace tools
  • • Good understanding of general HR administration and employee management processes
  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant digital productivity tools

Responsibilities

  • • Support day‑to‑day administration of HR activities and employee requests
  • • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • • Prepare HR letters, reports, documentation and correspondence
  • • Ensure proper organization, secure storage and accessibility of HR documents
  • • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
  • • Assist recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interview scheduling and communication
  • • Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure new hires complete required documentation
  • • Keep accurate recruitment and onboarding records
  • • Serve as first point of contact for routine employee HR queries and respond professionally
  • • Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives
  • • Assist in resolving routine HR and employee administration matters
  • • Use HR information systems and digital tools to support operations and maintain digital records
  • • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through technology and automation
  • • Assist with monitoring employee leave and attendance, update HR systems and prepare related reports
  • • Support performance management and appraisal processes and coordinate training and development records
  • • Provide general HR support to the HR Manager, prepare routine reports and assist with policy implementation
