Job Description
The part‑time English teacher will deliver live online lessons to corporate employees, focusing on speaking, listening, vocabulary and pronunciation. The role involves preparing lesson plans, assessing learners, providing feedback and tracking progress. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of teaching experience, possess strong communication skills and have a reliable home‑office setup.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, Communication or a related field.
- • Minimum two years of proven English teaching experience.
- • Strong spoken and written English skills.
- • Experience teaching adult learners (preferred).
- • Online teaching experience (advantage).
- • Patient, dependable, organized and able to engage learners effectively.
- • Reliable computer, stable internet connection, headset and quiet teaching environment.
- • Experience using Zoom, Google Meet or similar online teaching platforms.
- • Based in Kenya and available for a flexible part‑time schedule.

- • Deliver approximately two hours of live online English lessons each day.
- • Teach speaking, listening, vocabulary and pronunciation.
- • Help employees communicate effectively in everyday workplace situations.
