Job Description

The Sales Executive will generate new business and convert prospects into clients for Wagemaster’s payroll, attendance and biometric solutions. Responsibilities cover the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to presentations, proposals, negotiations and closing. The role requires strong consultative selling skills and the ability to understand client workforce‑management needs. It is a remote, full‑time position targeting candidates with proven sales experience in software or technology solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • • Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals
  • • Experience developing long‑term client relationships
  • • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales and business‑development targets
  • • Ability to work with sales campaigns, promotions and market‑entry strategies
  • • Strong reporting skills to provide regular pipeline and performance updates
  • • Knowledge of payroll, HR, attendance and biometric market trends
  • • Ability to ensure smooth handover of newly acquired customers to implementation teams
  • • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • • Identify, develop and qualify new sales opportunities
  • • Respond promptly to enquiries received via phone, email, website, WhatsApp, referrals, social media and other channels
  • • Contact prospective organisations and introduce Wagemaster products and related biometric solutions
  • • Assess prospective customers’ payroll, HR, attendance and workforce‑management requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • • Conduct online product presentations and demonstrations
  • • Explain licensing options and features of Wagemaster Payroll, Attendance and biometric solutions
  • • Prepare and issue quotations and sales proposals
  • • Maintain regular, professional follow‑up with prospects throughout the sales cycle
  • • Handle commercial discussions and negotiations within approved pricing policies
  • • Keep accurate records of leads, interactions, quotations, opportunities and sales progress
  • • Manage the sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to closure
