Job Description
The Senior Data Advisor provides senior‑level technical leadership for complex data processes, supporting Customer Success, Consulting and Business Intelligence teams. Acting as the primary escalation point, they own the design, development and quality assurance of critical R scripts and data pipelines while mentoring colleagues. The role requires expert proficiency in R, data analysis and a strong focus on data quality.

- • Own and enhance critical R scripts and analytical tools independently, ensuring robustness and performance
- • Redesign complex templates and analytical processes, making authoritative technical decisions
- • Manage end‑to‑end client data queries, resolving issues without escalation
- • Serve as senior escalation point for data problems, conducting root‑cause analysis and risk mitigation
- • Define and enforce data‑quality standards, creating checks and controls for accurate reporting
- • Prepare and validate data for Best Workplaces list submissions, ensuring completeness and evidence readiness
- • Provide expert guidance to Customer Success Managers on challenging data deliveries
- • Coach team members on complex data processes, improving documentation and workflow efficiency
