Job Description
The Technical Project Manager will lead software development, automation and integration projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines, quality and stakeholder alignment. They will coordinate cross‑functional teams, facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage risks, dependencies and resources. Continuous improvement of project governance and clear communication with both technical and non‑technical audiences are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Demonstrated professional experience directly managing software development, automation or comparable technical projects
- • Hands‑on experience facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies and applying Agile, Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
- • Strong knowledge of project‑management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira or MS Project
- • Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams that include both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- • Excellent spoken and written English with capability to lead client‑facing meetings
- • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, priorities, dependencies and deadlines
- • Experience working independently in a fully remote environment

Responsibilities
- • Lead software development, automation and integration projects from initiation through delivery
- • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks and deliverables
- • Coordinate work across developers, technical teams, operational stakeholders, vendors, clients and leadership
- • Translate business requirements into clear project objectives, priorities and actionable work
- • Monitor project execution and proactively address scope, timeline, resource and delivery risks
- • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives
- • Track commitments, action items, blockers and dependencies and drive resolution
- • Communicate project status, risks and decisions to both technical and non‑technical audiences
- • Lead project meetings with internal stakeholders, clients and external partners
- • Maintain accurate project documentation, SOPs, implementation resources and records
- • Identify and implement improvements to project‑management processes, workflows and reporting
- • Drive projects forward with independence, professional judgment and high accountability
