Job Description
The Principal provides strategic academic, administrative and spiritual leadership for St. Lasalle School Karemeno, guiding the school toward its mission and vision. Responsibilities include improving learner outcomes, overseeing curriculum implementation, managing resources and fostering a Catholic, Lasallian culture. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Practicing Catholic with a strong commitment to Christian values and the Lasallian mission
- • Minimum two years proven experience in a similar school leadership position
- • Excellent leadership, communication, organisational and interpersonal skills

- • Provide strategic and transformational leadership for the school
- • Oversee academic performance and learner outcomes
- • Develop and implement school strategic and operational plans
- • Ensure effective implementation of the CBC curriculum and assessments
- • Lead staff recruitment, supervision, appraisal, mentoring and professional development
- • Manage student discipline and promote a safe, inclusive learning environment
- • Oversee budgeting, resource mobilisation and prudent financial management
- • Collaborate with the Board, teachers, parents, students and the Church to advance the school’s mission
