Job Description
The Production Supervisor oversees daily factory operations in a food‑processing plant, leading a team to meet production targets while maintaining high product quality. They plan and coordinate manufacturing activities, manage schedules, and allocate resources efficiently. The role also enforces health and safety standards and drives continuous‑improvement initiatives. Candidates should hold a relevant engineering degree and have 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- • Relevant manufacturing experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications.
- • 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the food processing industry.
