Job Description
Security Officers are responsible for safeguarding premises across multiple locations, ensuring the safety of clients, staff, and assets. The role involves patrolling, monitoring access points, responding to incidents, and maintaining detailed security logs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Form 4 (or higher) qualification
- • Minimum height of 5 ft 8 in for men
- • KCSE certificate with at least a grade D plain
- • Age between 23 and 40 years (men)
- • Valid certificate of good conduct (or ability to obtain one)
- • Physically and medically fit, with good eyesight and hearing
- • Proficiency in English and Kiswahili, both written and spoken
- • Strong interpersonal skills

- • Patrol assigned sites and monitor access points
- • Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
- • Conduct regular security checks and inspections
- • Prepare accurate incident and activity reports
- • Enforce security policies and procedures
