Job Description
Solar Commercial & Industrial Sales Representatives will generate new business by targeting high‑value clients and managing the full sales cycle for solar EPC projects. The role requires strong prospecting skills, technical knowledge of solar solutions and the ability to close contracts across Kenya.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Kenyan citizenship
- • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the solar or broader EPC sector
- • Strong track record of meeting sales targets and managing complex deals
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Identify, target and acquire high‑value commercial and industrial clients
- • Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to contract signing
- • Conduct technical and financial presentations to showcase solar EPC solutions
- • Prepare accurate proposals, negotiate terms and close deals
- • Produce regular sales reports and ensure compliance with company SOPs
- • Provide technical and commercial advisory to clients throughout the project lifecycle
