Job Description
The Ecosystem Coordinator serves as the primary contact for actors across the Tiko ecosystem, addressing queries, ensuring brand compliance, and supporting field activities. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, coordinating with field teams, and detecting fraud. The role requires strong problem‑solving skills and experience in health‑related programming.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or equivalent degree in a relevant field
- • 3–4 years experience in program coordination or community outreach
- • Based in Nyanza County (mandatory)
- • Experience in mental health, HIV or sexual and reproductive health programming is an advantage
- • Strong written and spoken English proficiency
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Respond to actors’ questions via phone, internet and other channels, providing timely solutions or escalation
- • Conduct regular in‑person check‑ups with ecosystem actors across the county
- • Verify that branding and compliance standards are correctly applied at each actor site
- • Coordinate activities with field teams to ensure smooth implementation of projects
- • Identify, prevent and respond to potential fraud within the ecosystem
- • Document issues and resolutions in the project management system
