Job Description
The Chief Executive Officer will provide strategic direction and oversee all aspects of the business to ensure sustainable growth and profitability. This role requires strong P&L management, multi‑unit operational oversight, and the ability to drive commercial development across FMCG, agribusiness or franchise sectors. The executive will work closely with the board and senior leadership to make high‑impact decisions that advance the company’s market position.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field
- • Minimum 10 years of management experience
- • At least 5 years of senior leadership experience
- • Proven experience in multi‑unit operations management
- • Strong commercial and P&L management expertise
- • Demonstrated track record of driving business growth and profitability
- • Experience in FMCG, agribusiness or franchise operations is preferred
