Job Description
The DMS Super User will oversee daily operations of the distribution management system, ensuring data integrity and supporting end‑users. Responsibilities include maintaining master data, generating performance reports, and assisting sales and stock processes. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and a solid understanding of distribution operations. A relevant degree and at least three years of DMS experience are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Proven DMS experience is mandatory.
- • Experience as a DMS Super User or in a similar role within an EABL distributor.
- • Minimum three years of relevant DMS experience.
- • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field.
- • Strong Excel, reporting and data analysis skills.
- • Good understanding of sales, stock and distribution operations.

- • Manage and support day‑to‑day DMS operations.
- • Maintain DMS master data such as customers, products, users, salesmen, routes and promotions.
- • Generate and analyse sales, stock, inventory and performance reports.
- • Support sales, stock movement, route settlement and back‑office processes.
- • Provide DMS user support and training.
- • Monitor data accuracy and resolve system‑related issues.
