Job Description
The Operations Supervisor oversees the safe and efficient operation of the water loading facility, coordinating tanker loading, supervising contractors, and ensuring continuous water supply. They monitor equipment performance, enforce safety standards, and report operational status to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Certificate or Diploma in Engineering, Technical, Operations, Logistics or a related field.
- • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for Diploma holders (or 7 years for Certificate holders) in high‑throughput, operationally intensive environments.
- • Proven experience supervising or coordinating operational and maintenance contractors.
- • Basic technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical or process equipment.
